To meet current budget challenges and to ensure that staff are available to process aid for students, the Financial Aid Office (Undergraduates, Undergraduate Scholarships, Graduate Students, and the Student Employment Center) will adjust its customer service hours beginning Monday, April 6, 2009. We appreciate your patience as we work to provide services in the most equitable manner possible.
Undergraduates
- Window hours for undergraduates will be Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- Students can also receive assistance by calling (530) 752-2390 from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Graduate Students
- Assistance for graduate students is available by phone or appointment only.
- Students can receive assistance by calling (530) 752-9246. Calls are monitored from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and voicemail is available after hours. A sign will also be posted at the window, with a phone available to students if needed.
