The proposals to deal with the California State Budget Crisis, which affect UC Budgets and critical Cal Grant awards are being examined and discussed by UC Office of the President, the Governor, and California State Legislators. At this time, these proposals are all under consideration but no final decisions have been made.
We encourage students to stay informed and to actively support funding for higher education at this critical time in California. The Financial Aid Office will be providing updates to these links as more information becomes available.

- June 15 Update: The Legislature's Budget Conference Committee took an important step last week in restoring funding for Cal Grants for the coming school year; however, we need your help to ensure that this item stays in the budget and that the Governor does not veto it.
