Beginning July 1, 2009, the Financial Aid Office will be closed each Wednesday during the summer to allow staff time to review and process documents submitted by students for Federal Verification. Regular office hours of 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., M-F, will resume after Labor Day.
The Financial Aid Office has seen an increase this year of 1,300 financial aid applicants selected by the federal processor for verification. Additional time is needed to review the increased volume of supporting documents received, and if needed, revise aid in time for 2009 Fall Quarter disbursement.
