SUMMER SCHEDULE: The Graduate Financial Aid Office reception window will be closed July 1 through August 29, 2008. If you have questions or need to contact the office, call 530-752-9246 or e-mail gradfinaid@ucdavis.edu during normal office hours (8:00 - 5:00), Monday through Friday. We check phone messages and e-mails several times a day and will respond within 24-48 hours during regular office hours.

The financial needs and lifestyle demands of UC Davis graduate students are very different from those of undergraduates. The Financial Aid Office recognizes those differences and works to provide services that are specific to graduate student needs.

The staff of the Graduate Financial Aid unit are ready to determine eligibility for, and to deliver federal, state, and University need-based aid to graduate students affiliated with the Office of Graduate Studies, the School of Education, the Graduate School of Management, and the School of Veterinary Medicine. Our office also serves as the office of record in coordinating need-based aid with all other department and outside funding sources to prevent overpayment of funds. The Associate Director of the Graduate Unit also oversees the Financial Aid satellite operations at the Schools of Law and Medicine.
