Determining Financial Aid for Graduate and Professional Students

To determine your financial aid eligiblity, take the estimated cost of attendance for the school year and subtract the Expected Family Contribution (EFC). The difference represents your financial need towards meeting those costs and will determine the types of funding you may receive in your financial aid package. The EFC is determined using the information you provided on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or California Dream Act Application.
