EXPECTED FAMILY CONTRIBUTION (EFC)
The EFC is determined by the Federal Processor using a formula that is revised each year. If you are considering applying for financial aid and would like to get an estimate of what your EFC would be, online EFC calculators are available at the FinAid.org web site. For your information, the actual Formulas and Worksheets along with the Instructions used by the Department of Education are included here.
