The Undergraduate and Prestigious Scholarships Office administers more than 400 scholarship funds for undergraduate students. These scholarships are provided through the generosity of alumni and friends of UC Davis; corporations, businesses, professional associations; and the university itself. Regent Scholarship

The Regents Scholarship is one of the most prestigious awards bestowed upon an undergraduate at UC Davis. This honor is offered to specially selected freshmen for a four-year scholarship and juniors for a two-year scholarship at $7,500 per academic year. The award may be accompanied by a stipend for those with demonstrated financial need. To remain eligible, the student must maintain a 3.25 grade point average and remain in good academic standing.

Provost Award

The Provost Award is a highly prestigious award granted to high-achieving, admitted freshmen from various regions outside of California. Recipients receive $13,250 per year for a total of four years to assist with out-of-state tuition costs. To remain eligible, the student must meet academic standards, and enrollment and residency requirements.
