What does this mean?
- As part of your Financial Aid package you are awarded enough Federal, State and/or University Grants, UC Davis Scholarships and/or Outside scholarships or awards
money to cover your Education and Registration fees for the school year*; however, no student will receive more scholarship and grant support than the calculated financial need.
*For 2009-2010 the Education and Registration fees are $7788.
What do I need to do?
Nothing! You are a Blue and Gold student as long as you filed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by the March 2 deadline for the upcoming academic year and meet the following criteria:
- An Undergraduate in your first 4 years of UC attendance (first 2 for transfers)
- A California resident
- Whose family earns less than $60,000
- Your Expected Family Contribution (EFC) is less than your Estimated Cost of Attendance
- Enrolled in at least 6 units (half-time)
- Meeting UC Davis Satisfactory Academic Progress Standards
