High School seniors and current undergraduates under the age of 26 who are the dependent sons or daughters of a U.S. Soldier, Sailor, Airman, Guardsman or Marine who has become permanently disabled as a result of an operational training mission or training accident, was killed in action, or has been classified as POW or MIA.
