Based on inquiries by phone and email, below are the top five topics of the week.
- I recently made changes to my registered units for summer. How can my financial aid for summer be updated with the change in units?
- Any time you enroll or drop units during the summer, you must inform us of the unit changes. Please submit a Summer Change In Aid form through your MyAwards. Please keep in mind that a change in aid request can take 7-10 business days to be processed.
- How do I complete the Identity Verification on StudentForms if I am unable to come in person?
If you are unable to appear in person to present your valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID, please review the drop-down menu and choose the appropriate option. This will prompt you to download the form:
If you are unable to appear in person at the University of California, Davis, you must appear in person in front of a notary and provide to the institution:
a. Identity Verification Notary Certification - must be completed in person with a notary, and
b. A copy of the valid, unexpired, government-issued photo identification (ID) that is acknowledged in the notary certification below, or that is presented in person to a notary, such as, but not limited to, a driver's license, other state-issued ID, or passport (Military IDs are not acceptable due to limitations on making copies).
