Award
DAAD Rise provides 300 scholarships/year that include a stipend, housing, round-trip airfare, and medical insurance for a three-month research internship in Germany for undergraduates under the supervision of Ph.D. students and researchers. The program aims to promote student exchange to Germany in the fields of natural science, engineering, and life sciences, and to motivate undergraduate students to learn more about Germany’s research landscape and study opportunities.
Eligibility
- Citizens of North America, Ireland, or the United Kingdom
- Majoring in biology, chemistry, computer science, physics, earth sciences, or engineering
- German language is not required
