Scholarships for California residents enrolled in a building industry related curriculum, who plan a future career within the California homebuilding industry, and have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater.

$1,500 scholarships for students of Armenian descent who are enrolled full-time with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or greater.

Scholarships for sophomore and junior level students from underrepresented minority groups who are pursuing careers in broadcast journalism, digital journalism, or marketing.  The scholarship is only open to students attending a 4-year university, or students with a permanent address in California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or Montana.

Scholarships for junior and senior level students majoring in a natural resource or public land policy curriculum who are enrolled full-time with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater.  Applicants are also rated on financial need and extracurricular activities.

Scholarships for current undergraduates majoring in interior design or a related field that have completed at least four related courses.

Scholarships for African-American/Black (non-Hispanic) U.S. citizens pursuing engineering at a university in California who will enter their junior or senior year or graduate school in the following academic year, and have a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or greater.

Multiple scholarships for Muslim American students who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

Scholarships for undergraduate California residents aged 17-25.  Applicants must be enrolled full-time with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater studying medicine, engineering, forestry, or public school administration.

Current California undergraduates who are committed to entering a real estate career, have completed real estate coursework, and have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

High school seniors and current freshman or sophomores who are African-American, U.S. citizens, enrolled full-time with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or greater.
