Engineering, architechture, mathematics, physics, chemistry, geology, and earth sciences majors who attend (or have attended for college students) local area high schools, located in Sacramento, Amador, El Dorado, Placer, Sutter, Yolo, Solano, or San Joaquin Counties.
Students pursuing medically related careers with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater, are financially needy, and desire to work with underserved populations in Los Angeles county.
Current undergraduates with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater majoring in engineering or a business related field who are interested in a career in the manufacturing industry.
Full-time junior or senior students with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or greater majoring in electrical or computer engineering, computer science, or a well-defined computer related field of engineering.
Continuing undergraduate students at a Northern California or Reno, NV college with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or greater. Applicants must be planning a medical career with an interest in gerontology, oncology and/or hospice and palliative care.
Upper division students pursuing degrees in environmental protection, forestry, wildlife and fisheries biology, parks and recreation, park management, environmental law and public policy, environmental art, and California history.
