  • Continue to develop your plans for studying abroad by focusing on a specific country and program, language acquisition, cultural engagements, and the relationship of the program to your academic and career interests.
  • Explore internship opportunities.
  • Consider interning in the UC Washington Program or the UC Center Sacramento if you were unable to participate last year.
  • Continue to develop campus involvement and refine your resume.
  • Identify faculty and other key individuals to write letters of recommendation, and consider how each writer will reflect your skills and experience relative to the aims of each scholarship.
