Important Updates

  • The priority filing date for the 2024-25 FAFSA and CADAA has been extended to May 2, 2024. Visit Apply for Financial Aid for details.
  • The Department of Education has announced they will send information from the 2024-25 FAFSA to schools in mid-March. This may result in a delay in financial aid packaging and offers for the 2024-25 academic year. While awaiting your financial aid offer, we encourage you to utilize the UC Davis Financial Aid Estimator to estimate your potential aid.

Outside Scholarship Website Listing Request

Outside Scholarship –Website Listing Request
For private scholarship foundations wishing to be added to the list of outside scholarship opportunities on the UC Davis website, it is required that a representative from the foundation or organization complete and submit this form.  The Undergraduate and Prestigious Scholarships office will evaluate all requests made and determine if the scholarship is an appropriate fit for listing on the outside scholarship resource website.  In general, our office will consider scholarship opportunities that are:
  • Genuinely seeking to help students afford their education, rather than using scholarships as a means to promote a business.
  • Achievable and present a strong likelihood of our students winning a scholarship.
  • Within fields of study, interests, and geographic regions that apply to UC Davis students.
In general, the following is a non-exhaustive list of items that would prevent a scholarship from being listed on our website:
  • Extensive advertising of products and services on the scholarship weblink – our interest is in directing students to available resources to help pay for educational costs, not to promote an organization, company, or their products.
  • Scholarships requiring majors or fields of study that UC Davis does not offer.  Be sure to view a list of our majors at ucdavis.edu to ensure we have applicable majors prior to submitting this form.
  • Scholarships that only fund education after a bachelor’s degree (graduate school, post-doctoral, law, etc.).  Our office handles undergraduate scholarships only.  All inquiries pertaining to scholarships after bachelor’s degree attainment should be directed to the appropriate offices on campus (Office of Graduate Studies, Law School, etc.).
  • Have an application fee or requires the purchase of a product or service.
  • Requires personally identifiable information, such as social security number, mother’s maiden name, etc.

I understand that UC Davis is in no way obligated to list this scholarship opportunity on their website or otherwise promote it to their students.  The Undergraduate and Prestigious Scholarship office will take my request into consideration within 4 weeks of submission.  If approved, my scholarship will be listed on your website prior to the submission deadline.  Due to the high volume of requests, UC Davis will not contact you regarding our decision and we will not provide feedback on submissions.  By signing below, I confirm that I have read the information above and believe the submitted scholarship meets the basic criteria for consideration.
