Educational Opportunity Program (EOP)

EOP Cognitive Testing Assistance Fund

For students interested in the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) Cognitive Testing Assistance Fund, please see the instructions provided at EOP Financial Resource.

To qualify for the EOP Cognitive Testing Assistance Fund, students must be EOP-eligible, enrolled full-time, and be referred by a medical professional (on or off-campus). Testing must be administered by an educational psychologist who specializes in the evaluation and diagnosis of adults with learning disabilities.

If a student is not considered eligible for the EOP Cognitive Testing Assistance Fund, the student may submit a Cost of Attendance (COA) Appeal for assistance. When submitting the appeal please provide documentation of the expense, the amount insurance is covering, and the out-of-pocket expense student will incur.
